Our cattle are grass-fed, finished with a grain supplement for rich flavor, and processed to give families the exact amount of beef they expect—no guessing, no fluff, just honest weight and quality.

We’re first-generation ranchers raising Mini Herefords and Boer goats on 200 acres of rolling pastureland, where the grass grows tall and the animals grow slow—just the way nature intended.
